All plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Developer hours are for work you want done — if something breaks on a site we maintain, fixing it is covered either way. Hosting is not included: you keep your own hosting account in your own name, so you can leave whenever you like and nothing is held hostage. We will set it up and manage it for you. Every plan is delivered by our Australian-based team, in Australian business hours, billed in AUD.

Most incidents are resolved inside the first 2 hours, and we tell you before we pass them — you will never find out from the invoice. If it looks like more than four hours we stop and re-quote it as a fixed-price job, so an incident can never turn into an open-ended bill.

Planned work rather than an emergency? Ad-hoc development is $165 AUD an hour, or prepay a block: $750 for 5 hours ($150/hr) or $1,400 for 10 hours ($140/hr). Blocks do not expire. If you need hours every month, the Dev plan works out cheaper.

Pricing questions

The things clients ask most before requesting a quote.

Why are project prices not listed as one figure?
Because no two projects are the same. A five-page brochure site and a WooCommerce store with custom integrations sit at very different price points. We scope your requirements and give you one fixed number, so you never pay for padding.
Is the quote really fixed?
Yes. Once we have scoped and quoted, that is the price. If you later want to add scope we agree the change in writing before doing the work — there are no surprise invoices.
Do I need a plan?
No. Plans are for owners who would rather we handle updates, backups, security and monitoring. You can start one at launch or any time after, and cancel whenever you like. One-off incident pricing is published above for everyone else.
What happens if I do not use my developer hours?
On the Dev plan unused hours roll over one month, so a quiet month is not wasted. They do not accumulate indefinitely — if you consistently do not use them, we will tell you to move down a tier.
Why is hosting not included?
So that nothing is held hostage. Your hosting account stays in your name and you keep the keys, which means you can leave at any time and take the site with you. We will still set it up, tune it and manage it for you.
Are prices in AUD, and do they include GST?
All prices are in Australian dollars. Figures shown exclude GST; your quote and invoices show GST separately where it applies.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in, so you can move up or down as the site changes.
