Which AI models do you use?
We're model-agnostic and use the best fit for the job — usually the leading commercial LLMs, plus open-source models where privacy or cost calls for it. Because we build on n8n, the model can be swapped later without rebuilding your workflow.
Will the AI make things up (hallucinate)?
We reduce that with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) — the model answers from your actual documents and cites them — plus guardrails, validation and human hand-off for anything uncertain. No system is perfect, so we design for safe fallbacks, not blind trust.
Is my data safe? Where does it run?
We build on self-hostable n8n, so the workflow and your data can run on your own infrastructure. We use business/enterprise API tiers that don't train on your data, and we scope exactly what's sent to any model up front.
What does it cost to run?
Two parts: our fixed build fee, and ongoing model/usage costs (typically small per task). We add cost controls and monitoring so spend stays predictable, and we'll estimate running costs as part of the quote.
Do I need a huge budget to start?
No. We deliberately start with one bounded use case and a fast prototype so you prove the value before scaling. It's fixed-quoted, and you own everything we build.
