We map what you actually need.
A single scoping call, then a written plan: what gets built, what it costs, and when it ships. No discovery-phase invoices, no moving targets.
You build sites. Someone has to keep them updated, backed up and online afterwards, and that someone is currently you, on a Sunday. Agencies and freelancers across Australia outsource WordPress maintenance to us and keep everything else — we do that part in the background, under your name.
Not quite what you are after? If you are a business owner looking after your own site rather than an agency looking after clients, our standard WordPress maintenance plans are the page you want — same work, without the reseller arrangement.

We deal with your team, not your client. Reports arrive for you to forward under your own name, or unbranded so you can put yours on them. If you would rather introduce us directly — some agencies do, once the arrangement has bedded in — that is your call to make and we will follow whatever you have told the client.
This is the objection every agency has and it deserves a direct answer rather than a reassuring paragraph. We do not contact, market to, or take on work from a client we met through you, during the arrangement or after it ends. It is in writing before the first site moves across. An agency partner is worth more to us than a single site, and behaving otherwise would end that on the first attempt.
Moving twenty sites at once goes badly if they all get audited in the same week. We stage it: a health check per site, the worst ones first, and a written picture of what you have actually inherited before anything is promised to anyone. Agencies are routinely surprised by the state of sites they thought were fine, and it is better to find that in week one than in month three.
No reseller tier and no agency markup to discover later. Sites sit on the same plans as everyone else — maintenance only from $159 AUD a month, or with developer time included from $700 AUD. What you charge your client on top is your business and we have no view on it. Portfolios above roughly ten sites get quoted as a block.
Alerts come to us, not to you, which is the entire point of the arrangement. You find out from a note saying what happened and what was done, rather than from your client. For anything needing a decision — a rollback that loses a day of content, a plugin that has to be replaced — we come to you first, because it is your relationship on the line.
Small changes come out of the developer hours on the higher plans. Anything larger is fixed-quoted to you, and you mark it up or pass it through as you prefer. We do not quote your clients directly unless you have explicitly asked us to, and we will not start work on a site without your say-so even if the client asks us.
No, and it is contractual rather than a promise. We do not approach, market to or accept work from clients introduced through an agency partner, during the arrangement or afterwards. Ask us for that in writing before you move a single site — and ask anyone else you are considering the same question.
Yes. Monthly reports come either unbranded, so you can present them as your own, or addressed to you to forward. Whichever you choose applies to every site in your portfolio so nothing arrives inconsistently.
We tell you before quoting, not after. The health check comes first precisely so neither of us commits to a monthly figure on a site that needs a week of remediation. If it is already compromised that is a cleanup job from $299 AUD, quoted separately, and we will say so plainly.
No, and we would rather you did not. Start with two or three, including one you are slightly worried about, and see how it goes for a month. An arrangement like this is judged on the first thing that breaks, not on the sales conversation.
Neither. One site is fine and there is no contract term — plans are month to month, the same as for any other client. If you leave, your backups go with you.
Tell us what is happening and we will come back with a fixed quote and a timeline, usually within one business day.

Get a fixed quote02 — How we work
Every CloudyWP project runs the same way, whether it is a one-page site or a store with a thousand SKUs. Here is exactly what happens.
01
A single scoping call, then a written plan: what gets built, what it costs, and when it ships. No discovery-phase invoices, no moving targets.
02
Custom WordPress or Shopify on clean code you own outright. Every build ships fast, passes Core Web Vitals, and is handed over documented.
03
Your site talks to the tools you already run — CRM, invoicing, email, stock. The repetitive admin stops being someone's job and starts running itself.
Deliverables, price and dates agreed before a line of code is written.
